What a slideshow download includes

One image file per slide, so they're easy to reuse, crop or share on their own.
- Not the sound or a video
The sound playing over the slideshow isn't included, and the slides aren't stitched into a video.
- Public slideshows only
Slideshows from private accounts, or ones that were deleted, can't be downloaded.

Is a slideshow different from a photo post?
Not for downloading. TikTok slideshows are photo posts, so the same link gives you the same images on this page and on the photo downloader.
What if the link gives me a video instead?
Some slideshows are posted to TikTok as a video rather than a photo post. In that case TikVault shows the video, and you can download it as an MP4 file instead of separate images.
Will the slides stay in order?
Yes. They're numbered in the order the slideshow shows them, and each file is saved separately.
Can I download a slideshow from a Story?
A photo Story with several images works the same way through the TikTok Story downloader, while the Story is still public.
