Using the TikVault website means you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
TikVault is a browser tool for downloading public TikTok videos and photo posts, paired with an account that adds automatic Story saving for creators you choose to monitor. The website downloader is free and doesn't require an account. Public paid plans cover Story Saver only and their limits are described in the pricing section and Premium Plan area.
LIVE Recorder is not currently a public or paid product. It remains in private testing and, if launched, will be offered separately under the terms and limits shown at that time.
Story monitoring is a best-effort service. TikVault polls TikTok on a schedule and saves the Stories it detects, but detection depends on TikTok's platform, which we do not control and which can change, rate-limit, or restrict access without notice. We do not guarantee that every Story from a monitored creator will be detected or saved, and Stories posted and removed between checks may be missed.
You must only download, save, or record content you have permission or another lawful basis to access. TikVault only processes content that's publicly available on TikTok — it doesn't bypass privacy settings, login walls, or access controls. Don't use the service to harass, impersonate, or infringe on anyone else's rights, and don't attempt to abuse, overload, or circumvent the service's rate limits.
TikVault is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok. TikTok is a trademark of its respective owner.
Story Saver plans are billed through Stripe and managed from your account. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current paid period. Plan changes may be prorated by Stripe and can create an immediate charge or credit shown during the billing flow. Refunds are provided where required by law or when approved after contacting support@tiktokvault.com; no broader automatic refund promise is made.
You must meet the minimum age required to use TikTok in your country to use TikVault. By using the service you confirm you meet that requirement.
The service is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. TikTok's availability, content, and access rules are outside our control, and a download or Story save can fail for reasons beyond our control (private/deleted content, TikTok-side changes, network issues). To the extent permitted by law, TikVault isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
You can stop using the website at any time and can delete your account from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violating the Acceptable Use section above, including repeated copyright infringement (see the Copyright Policy).
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Danish courts have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere or provides protections that cannot be waived.
If these terms change materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page and provide any notice required by law.
