TikVault only processes content that's publicly available on TikTok, and expects everyone using it to respect the rights of the creators who made that content. Downloading, saving, or recording something doesn't change who owns it.
If you're a copyright holder and believe content accessible through TikVault infringes your rights, submit a Takedown Request. Include the URL of the content in question and a description of your rights to it — the more specific, the faster we can act.
Submitted requests are stored and an operator is notified. TikVault stores captured content for the retention periods described in the Privacy Policy. A valid request may result in disabling access and deleting stored copies, subject to lawful preservation duties.
If content you submitted was restricted and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you can dispute it — contact us with the content URL and why you believe it was wrongly restricted.
An account or usage pattern tied to repeated, valid infringement reports may be restricted or removed from the service.
